Timeline Creation
Picture this — you have the entire wedding planned out, you’re about 8 weeks away, and your vendors are now asking for your day-of timeline. So now you’re overwhelmed all over again, but it doesn’t have to be that way. The day-of timeline is your guide for the day and it needs to be as precise as possible so that everything runs smoothly!
You can check one more thing off of your to do list and let me handle all the heavy lifting. I can create a custom, fully thought out timeline for your wedding day and you can sit back and relax. You’ll receive a PDF including your wedding timeline, processional order, and details for the day that can be printed and distributed to all vendors and wedding party.
This stand alone service is currently $95
The Timeline Creation option includes the following:
Creation of Timeline, Processional Order, and Day-of Details PDF File
You’ll be asked to fill out a Day-of Questionnaire and Vendor Contact Sheet to get us started — this will help you think of any last minute items that haven’t been planned and give me the information needed to create a timeline based on your vision for the day. I’ll also provide you with a PDF including processional order and other details for the day based on your answers in the questionnaire this will help anyone else involved to know how the day should go.
Coordination with all vendors to finalize arrival, departure, and setup details.
